Once your order has been carefully prepared and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email.
- Most orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class.
- Single-item orders under £15 are sent using Royal Mail 2nd Class and are not tracked.
- Larger orders are sent with tracking, and your tracking details will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched.
- All pure gold and silver items are shipped fully tracked and insured for added peace of mind.
