Our Returns Promise
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery.
Free & Easy Returns
We offer free returns for eligible items. To begin a return, simply contact us with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, your return label will be sent by email along with simple instructions.
For orders under £15, we may offer an extended return window of up to 30 days at our discretion.
Return Guidance
- Items should be returned unworn where possible
- Please include the original packaging where possible
- Items should be returned in their original condition
Refunds
Once your return has been received and checked by our team, we will notify you regarding your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
