How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days before dispatch. Once dispatched, standard delivery usually takes 3–7 days.

Will my order be tracked?

Most orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class. Single-item orders under £15 are usually not tracked. Larger orders are sent with tracking, and your tracking details will be sent by email once your order has been dispatched. All pure gold and silver items are shipped fully tracked and insured.

Can I return my order?

Yes, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. We offer free returns for eligible items, and once your return request is approved, your return label will be sent by email. For orders under £15, we may offer an extended return window of up to 30 days at our discretion.

What if there is an issue with my item?

If there is any issue with your order, or your item develops a fault, please contact us and we will always do our best to help resolve it for you as quickly as possible.

We recommend storing your jewellery in a pouch or jewellery box and avoiding unnecessary contact with water, perfumes, lotions, and household chemicals to help maintain its finish.
