At MDLYN, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns & Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.
Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless faulty.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for eligible items. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us with your order details and the item you would like instead.
Refunds
If your return is approved, you may choose between:

Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
