Order & Delivery Support

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days. Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 days once dispatched.

Most orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class. Single-item orders under £15 are usually not tracked, while larger orders are sent with tracking details by email once dispatched. All pure gold and silver items are sent fully tracked and insured.

Returns Support

We offer free returns for eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Once approved, your return label will be sent to you by email with the next steps.
