We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from MDLYN. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless faulty.

To request a return, please contact us at info@mdlyn.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
