Delivery Details

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days before dispatch.

Standard Delivery

We offer standard delivery on all orders. Once dispatched, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 days.

Shipping & Tracking

Most orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class.
Single-item orders under £15 are usually sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class and are not tracked.
Larger orders are sent with tracking, and tracking details will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched.
All pure gold and silver items are shipped fully tracked and insured for added peace of mind.

Packaging

Your jewellery will arrive beautifully presented, making it ideal for gifting or for safely storing your piece.

Delivery Support

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will do our best to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Once your order has been carefully prepared and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. If your order includes tracking, your tracking link will be included in that email.
